About
I'm over the moon to be co-leading a retreat with the brilliant Vidyamala Burch OBE, a mindfulness teacher who has been a great inspiration of mine for many years.
On this long weekend retreat, we'll embrace the season of spring and new beginnings with meditation, qigong, mindful movement and breathwork.
Who This Retreat is For
This retreat welcomes anyone with 3+ months of meditation experience. No prior qigong experience is needed and practices can be adapted for different abilities (if needed movement can be done seated).
Why Join This Retreat?
Connect with the energy of spring. Embrace the new season with heightened awareness of the surrounding natural beauty. Flower-filled gardens and fields lined with ancient oak trees await. Weather permitting, we'll practice qigong outdoors.
Enjoy the synergy of movement and meditation. Shifting energy through movement can be a beautiful gateway into deeper states of meditation. This retreat will thoughtfully balance both, and allow each to enhance the other.
Discover the benefits of qigong. Whether you're new to qigong or already familiar with the practice, you'll deepen your connection with this ancient wellness tradition. Research shows qigong’s many benefits include improving both mental and physical wellbeing.
Deepen your practice with support. Retreats offer a precious opportunity to reconnect with or go deeper into your practice. You'll benefit from daily small group sessions to share insights and ask questions, plus one-to-one support is available with our experienced team.
Take home new skills. Expand your mindfulness toolbox with foundational qigong forms and sustainable mindfulness techniques you can weave into daily life, maintaining calm and presence long after the retreat ends.
