Join me for an 8-week course where you will learn life-long skills to reduce stress and anxiety, find greater resilience and boost your wellbeing. This course is hosted by leading mindfulness organisation Breathworks, find out more their NHS approved course here: Mindfulness for Stress Course.
What's included?
A supportive online group space where you can share learnings and get direct feedback
A toolkit of practices, including meditation, mindful movement and everyday ‘habit releasers’
Lifetime access to your course materials, guided meditations and resources on an online e-learning platform
How you take part
This course runs online, with weekly sessions across 8 weeks. You will be in a group of up to 15 other people.
The course consists of:
2 - 2.5 hour weekly live learning sessions with instruction, practice and group sharing with other participants
Home practice: daily meditations of 10 - 20 mins and ’mindfulness in daily life’ exercises
Optional learning materials to watch, listen and read in your own time each week
Session Times
Starts 22 May, ends 10 July
Fridays 10.30 to 12.30pm (the first session on 22 May will be 2.5 hours from 10:30am - 1pm)
