Lunar New Year Workshop: Embracing the Fire Horse

I'm so pleased to be running another Chinese New Year workshop to celebrate the new lunar year with practices that I love.

We'll honour themes of shedding and the emerging as we explore the transition from snake's grounded, spiralling earth energy to horse's forward-moving fire element.

Expect qigong, yin yoga, refection and Chinese tea.

Location will be in North East London.
